I have several variants in the methylation pathway that cause problems, and it makes sense to me that you have to look more holistically than take methyl b12 or not. Thank you so much for responding! We do sound a lot alike. For me, I also make sure that I'm monitoring my vitamin levels (particularly B vitamins) and am taking methylated forms of the B vitamins in addition to monitoring my homocysteine levels. I also pay out of pocket for blood testing every year...

I just recently (inadvertently) found out I am APOE3/4 while searching for info about Compound MTHFR , which I also am. In the week since I’ve been researching on this site pretty much non-stop.
