Re: Ketogenic Diet: Transitioning, Experiences, Reasons, Cautions ...

I would like to lose weight and keep my blood sugars under better control. Thanks. Why? Is it for ethical reasons? And...

As I suspected, potassium's looking low. Magnesium seems fine, but of course I don't know how much I'm abso...

Iron Sat < 30% Also the Ferritin of 27 is low I would want it over 5...

You're borderline iron deficient, I wouldn't stress about it but you are definitely below the ranges I would be happy with.

This is a great article and perspective by Robb Wolf on ketone readings and why perhaps you shouldn't be chasing a number.

Re: Cannabinoids remove plaque-forming Alzheimer's proteins from brain cells

And oh by the way, his CBD product is called NatureCBD, the ingredients are: Hybrid-nanoengineered CBD – 10 mg, Curcumin 100 mg, Magnesium 100 mg, Lemon Balm 90 mg, Ashwagandha 100 mg Pretty sure he is going to stop selling this product because of all the legal hassles. It is pretty expensive as we...
