I want to ask the Dr to give me a CGM to help me with compliance on my diet. I am also thinking about making a case to try Rapamycin instead of other immune suppressing drugs given the potential longevity benefits and the safety profile. Is there lab work to test for inflammation caused by dairy?

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum, APE 4/4 and always looking for ways to decrease inflammation in my diet. I eat a mostly healthy high-fat diet avoiding all sugar, simple carbs, processed foods, and eat lots of veggies, fish, etc, etc. however I do eat a lot of dairy, specifically whole-fat grass ...
