Re: Cervical Dysplasia, Vitamin Deficiencies and Methylation Report

After second opinions and much back and forth, I had the LEEP Monday. Heard back yesterday - no cancer, no dysplasia. Thank goodness I didn't have the hysterectomy! Thanks for the support!

Re: Cervical Dysplasia, Vitamin Deficiencies and Methylation Report

I don't think this is off topic at all! It's exactly the way I'm thinking about my issues too. Chronometer says the same for me. I'll report after I get to hear my doc's perspective. After ruling out anything scary, I want to try to get to the source of the issue. Mine isn't HPV initiated, so I feel...

Re: Cervical Dysplasia, Vitamin Deficiencies and Methylation Report

Good point, SusanJ. Hoping this has been caught prior to it being labeled cancer. Thanks for the input.

Cervical Dysplasia, Vitamin Deficiencies and Methylation Report

Ok, super smart people, bear with me here. I have a history of cervical dysplasia over the years. Have had clean pap smears for 6 years and still do today but am having other symptoms that have my long-term OB/GYN thinking the dysplasia may have moved into my cervical cancel. A LEEP or hysterectomy ...

Re: Dr Rhonda Patrick

Julie and G, great to be back for a bit! Overwhelming to try to catch up after so many months MIA.

Great job, Russ! She's a solid find for us.

Re: Dr Rhonda Patrick

I've been MIA for awhile, but I think of you all often. I just stumbled upon Dr. Patrick while listening through Tim Ferriss' podcasts. She's a badass. For real! Below is the order in which I listened to these three podcasts. They are each very fascinating! The final link is a YouTube video of her s...

Re: Tubal Ligation Surgery

Thanks, ladies! Two small incisions, couple days rest, no pain meds (I've never actually taken any, so I don't plan to start for something this minor.), so I think I should be good. I'll reread your post from last spring, Julie. Thanks. Sugar IV... Good tip. As for the rest, honestly, I'm in a much ...

Tubal Ligation Surgery

Good morning, all! I know I've been MIA for some time now, but I'm alive and kicking. Had an incredible 7 week national park road trip in the fall with my kiddos and have since then moved and gotten divorced. Whew! Getting back in the swing of things and getting stress level back down. :) Real reaso...
