Re: Has anyone used the Dynamic Neural Retraining Program?

I would recommend doing the in person DNRS course. It's hard to really get it from the DVD's alone and practicing it with others has many benefits. It works. An hour a day is alot for some people. Neil Nathan (mold and lyme expert) says even if you can just do 10 to 15 minutes a day its very helpful...

Osteoporosis and ketogenic diet link?

I am posting this for a friend who is in her early 60's, an avid runner and a 3/4. This seems relevant for many of us: I have just been diagnosed with osteoporosis. There was a recent article in the New York Times about a relationship between osteoporosis, the ketogenic diet, and women athletes. A p...

Any experience with various Genomics programs?

I am hearing a lot about genomics being the new cutting edge of medicine. Dr. Hathaway is using a program called IntellixxDNA and another functional medicine practitioner I know of is using genomicmedicineworks.com. I am wondering how these two programs compare? You cannot get onto Intellixx DNA’ si...

Re: keto alternate

I have trouble with keto too-too much fat seems to stress my digestion and liver/gall bladder. I’ve been aiming to do lots of vegetables, olive oil and fish, chicken and eggs, low sugar fruit and some grains. I think that the stressed digestion impacts my ability to utilize the supplements- so I am ...

There are a few of us following the protocol in Los Barriles in Baja. Happy to connect if you will be nearby. We are there roughly November through April.

Re: Neuroenergetics provides new answers to Alzheimer's Disease

Gigi, so good to hear that you see direct results from Hopper's retraining methods. We've also talked about the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences, which probably produce similar dysfunctions in the brain through stress. Do you know if Hopper's methods work for those? Yes. You address both the...

Re: Neuroenergetics provides new answers to Alzheimer's Disease

Hi guys, So I had done the DNRS (Annie Hopper) limbic system retraining program a few years back by DVD, but it wasn’t until I attended the in-person training that the true power of the program to address so many of my C.I.R.S. and other issues became clear. I believe we need to build a bridge to li...

Re: too lean on strict ketogenic diet

Have her try tracking her food in Cron-o-meter (https://cronometer.com/) or similar food tracker. I had similar issues and the program showed me I just was not eating enough calories. Nuts, avocado and a little extra EVOO will help, but as Bettylacy pointed out, sometimes you have to add back in so...
