I have Multiple Sclerosis and APOE4/4
Hi all, I was diagnosed with MS about 22 years ago. I discovered I was APOE4/4 about 4 yrs ago. I take an intermuscular injection drug weekly called Avonex. It's an interferon beta drug. My nuerogist told me it cuts the incidence of exhabration by about 40-50%. I feel very fortunate in that I've had...

I LOVE Relaxmax - but is it safe???? thanks
I've struggled with sleep for years and have been taking the generic of Ambien, Zolpidem for more years than I care to admit. It's been a hard habit to break. I recently found a product that I LOVE called Relaxmax. With Relaxmax plus 10g of melatonin finally I can fall asleep with my usual nightly s...

Re: Improving Sleep
I too have sleep issues. I'm scared off of zolpidem since discovering my genetics. I take probably too much melatonin which I think is counter-productive because then your body stops producing it. I do best when I turn off the electronics, and sit in dim quiet room and meditate before bedtime for 20...

Re: Attachments issue
I am having an issue trying to attach a food photo to the post-your-meals-here topic. I'm on a samsung android phone and select attachment, document, and the jpeg photo and it gets an invalid format error. Strange. I couldn't figure out drag and droop on my phone. The new website looks great! Thanks...

Re: Alzheimer's patients retain lifelong values
My mom is in the late stages of AD. She doesn't say anything that makes any sense anymore but she can still recite the Lord's Prayer. I'm not a religious person but it's a beautiful thing to hear.

I need a diet mentor
I anyone interested in being a diet mentor for me? I am familiar with plant based diets. Some mornings I will eat spinach and eggs. Other mornings I'm in a hurry, there's nothing convenient, there's nothing fresh in the house, and time so I make choices out in complete frustration, like a big dunkin...
