Re: Top articles / recent research & helpful thoughts for ApoE4s

Wow Theresa,
Thank you so much for all your time and effort put into this. I was going to pickup some books at local library but there goes my Summer reading right there! (Downunder) 🤗

High HDL risk factor for AD

https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamane ... le/2805006

Re: Colonoscopy risks from anesthetics

I remember the gastroenterologist announcing “there it is” on finding the haemorrhoid as the source of bleeding. I once had a ...

Re: The 'selfish brain' is regulated by aquaporins and autophagy under nutrient deprivation

Hi Susan, could you post the references to recent studies on shorter fasts. This is quite topical for me at present. I recently had a gastroscopy after developing digestive problems and have mild gastritis in most areas of the stomach. I am trialing a course of acid suppression medication to try and...

Re: Question about Supplement Brands

Hi Roxanne, I just take 1 capsule of the Swanson B-complex but also take an extra 12.5mg lozenge of P5P and 500mg TMG. Because both my B12 and Folate levels were crazy high and my homocysteine was not reducing, I halved both of these and followed Chris Masterjohns protocol with sunflower lecithin (o...
