Re: Sweets

I have been on a combined Gundry/Protocol for a couple of years and I have had good results with my eye doctor raving about the health of the vessels in my eyes but this last holiday season I went off the deep end with Quest cookies and bars....It looks like I gained a lot of weight afraid to weigh ...

Re: Fiji water - Reversal of Alzheimer's

Re: A favourite dish to eat

I have emergency supplies around the house like trader joe's sardines in olive oil with a swiggle of mustard ontop and a supply of black olives and pickles (fermented foods)

I Love Gundry's okra chips, baked artichoke hearts (with almond flour best) and the paleo chips and guacamole

Re: Gundry Soda

I've been meaning to give this a try (particularly in a restaurant setting, where my orders are already kind of wacky compared with the group, haha) -- have any of you tested this recipe out? https://youtu.be/hO99KulMSKM another yummy drink is lemon juice (fresh 0f course) in cold or HOT water! I t...

Re: "Bulletproof" Coffee

I am wondering if anyone here drinks high-quality coffee with MCT oil (Bulletproof Brain Octane is one specific brand on the market) and grass-fed butter. If so, how does it make you feel? Do you incorporate this with fasting to utilize ketones? My husband and I have been drinking coffee with healt...

Re: Dr. Joel Kahn: Quantifying Heart Disease Risk and Reducing Plaques in Your Arteries (Quantified Body Podcast)

Dr Kahn gives me pause...he advocated an "India" diet it seems. I used to go for that stuff and became dreadfully sick. He said on his website that he is an anti-aging doctor...does that mean early death? I sometimes wonder about these wholistic doctors....they need to understand the...
