what Brian said and sometimes I forget...like when deciding to get a shot with a metal adjuvant and that I also have the MTHFR mutation, so for me it was a good process

hello, It sounds like what you are bringing should suffice...just stop at a park to eat and let the kids run around! Also, I find that Starbucks has healthy options sometimes and COFFEE!

I have emergency supplies around the house like trader joe's sardines in olive oil with a swiggle of mustard ontop and a supply of black olives and pickles (fermented foods)

I Love Gundry's okra chips, baked artichoke hearts (with almond flour best) and the paleo chips and guacamole
