Re: Colon Cancer

Let the cancer grow or remove the cancer with the risk of making AD worse. Any opinion out there ?? Not exactly the same situation, however my mother had dementia and a blood cancer, Waldenstrom Macroglobulinemia. She'd had the cancer for 8 or 9 years prior to presenting with dementia. It can be a ...

I am not sure if I am 2/4 or 3/4, I know there is a way to determine that through the app but I can't seem to figure it out. At the end of the day, I am not sure if it really matters or not, but if someon...

Re: Confusion on results

Just received results 23 and me. It says I have one variant E4. How do I know if the other one is E2 (very unlikely) Or E3? One way is to search (browse) your raw data for these two SnPs (On a computer, login to 23andMe and click your name, then Browse Raw Data - I've not tried on a phone): rs42935...

Re: Losing Weight

One such example is that I was told if we eat too much protein, it can throw off keto and halt weight loss so I didn't know how much was too much! I'll just aim for 1.1g/kg LBM right now and see how that goes. I have to mention I just got discouraged with weight loss being super slow (or not coming...

Re: Dental crown replacement with zirconia or ceramic?

What material should we choose for a dental crown replacement on a molar tooth? Zirconia, porcelain or ceramic? I heard zirconia is more durable but it's a metal after all (!) and I am worried about the problems that come along with having metal in your mouth over a long period of time (toxicity?)....
