Tuesday late mornings, Friday later afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays work best for me (central time zone), just depends on the week. Hopefully if we plan far enough out, I can block out the time. Thanks for doing this!

In two days I head off to a family wedding, but maybe we can plan something for June.

Julie G--I had no idea you had been through all that in January! Hope you are healing. And so great about your experience with...

No, you do not have to be a practitioner. They are opening it up to others, but we have been told to "warn" others that the presentation will be geared toward practitioners.

Do you know if this will be recorded? Didn't see anything on the link... Sounds interesting, but can't get to Chicago :( Dr. Panitch is speaking to the Functional Forum that evening, and usually these are recorded. You might have to join the Functional Forum to have access to the recording though. ...

Re: Bredesen Protocol with low BMI

Andresalva--you are correct that maintaining weight for a low BMI person is important. I have heard Dr. Bredesen recommend that people who are on the protocol and have low BMI might want to cycle their diet on and off of their keto diet a couple times a week to maintain their weight. (He also recomm...

If you are looking for some basic information (not necessarily cutting edge research), Dr. Nate Bergman has a podcast called Evolving Past Alzheimers.
