Plasmalogens
Good afternoon I’ve read previous posts on plasmalogens and watched the interview Dr Bredesen had with Dr Goodenowe, and am excited about the potential for treatment—especially for ApoE4s. I am a ReCODE coach and had one client take tbe Prodrome test but he has yet to begin supplementation. What is ...

Re: High LDL-P/ApoB with absence of plaque
Thanks for the response it was quite a bit of helpful information! I think I explained my question incorrectly.. I understand that by experimenting with saturated fats i can lower my LDL—I’ve done that in the past. I guess I’m asking a more nuanced question; does it matter if i lower it or not becau...

High LDL-P/ApoB with absence of plaque

Re: CETP and APOE4
Thanks for this! I’ve always wondered if my GG might mitigate my risk a bit. My HDL is always over 100.
Yay finally a good one!

Question on statin and saturated fat
Good morning! If someone is a 4/4 (age in 70s) and on statins due to a high cardiac calcium score, and now lipids are quite low (ldl 80), should that person still avoid saturated far or does the statin mitigate the risk? He is otherwise healthy but lots of Alzheimer’s in the family. Can CCS go down ...
