Re: HRT for everyone in RECODE?
Are any of the women in this group breast cancer survivors? Same situation here… almost six years post lumpectomy, same type of cancer. Dr Hathaway recommended the book, Estrogen Matters. See chapter 6 for breast cancer survivors. After learning everything I possibly could and with a supportive pra...

Re: APOE 4/4 - Dizziness that won't go away
You don't mention if you are on any medications or not. I would guess not since you are young. I am asking this since I just spent part of my afternoon looking up medications that a client has been on and almost every one stated dizziness as a side effect.

Re: Red meat intake, 62% higher risk of type 2 diabetes
I am curious as to how the study factored in the overall diet and lifestyle of the individuals included in this study. For instance, what else were they eating - (healthy or not), were they exercising or not, smoking, etc.

Re: NAD/Fast Vitamin IV Nutrition
This is a great question Walt! Do you have your ReCODE report? If you had it would probably recommend that you take a supplement called Nicotinamide Riboside. I just looked at two clients with recent ReCODE reports and both reports recommend Nicotinamide Riboside which is a precursor to Nicotinamide...

Re: Estrogen and choline
If you are interested you might read the book Estrogen Matters. It has been recommended by Dr. Hathaway and it discusses estrogen after breast cancer. I think a shortcoming of the book however (if my memory serves) was that it did not emphasize bio identical hormone replacement therapy. About 5 or 6...

Re: Non-Bluetooth Sleep Trackers
I am wearing the FitBit Versa 2 which is unfortunately bluetooth connected but the information on oxygen levels is mind boggling. In addition to basic sleep information and with the premium option, I now track an average nightly Sp02 level and it also shows me the Estimated Oxygen Variation (low vs ...
