Re: Any updates on rs2075650 with APOE4/4 + family history?

I’m curious whether there’s new information on rs2075650 and its correlation with Alzheimer’s. Has anyone seen more recent info on rs2075650 and its impact on Alzheimer’s probabilities? I recently saw a slide in a genetics presentation showing that a Meta-analysis of studies indicate rs2075650 may ...

Re: Covid vaccine safety for 4/4’s?

Does anybody have any information about which vaccine is better for people w/ a 4/4 variant? Would it be better to introduce the mRNA technology than the Johnson and Johnson which contains part of the virus? Or is just being extra cautious and not get the vaccine at all be better? So on the fence!!...

Re: APOΕ4 Lowers Energy Expenditure and Impairs Glucose Oxidation by Increasing Flux through Aerobic Glycolysis

I just got the new iWatch and I’m tracking my oxygen while I sleep. So far so good! I’m hoping to learn more about how HBOT might help get oxygen to the brain...Possibly a useful therapy for Apoe4s. Interesting about the iWatch. I'm an older APOE4/4 and have thought about the new iPhone to track O2...

Re: New member with some questions...,

I just recently (inadvertently) found out I am APOE3/4 while searching for info about Compound MTHFR , which I also am. In the week since I’ve been researching on this site pretty much non-stop. A little background…I’m female, two weeks from 40. I have no family history of AZ or dementia. I already...

Re: What to use for Glutathione?

Hi all, Our doctor has prescribed Glutathione for my mom but there's so much out there I don't know what to get. I know we want liposomal, and reduced, but other than that I don't know what's best. I've subscribed to Consumerlabs.com but they don't seem to have anything on this particular type of s...

Have any of you researched sulfurophane and broccoli sprouts? Here is an ad I received and I'd love the opinion of the many smart people in this site. https://www.trybrocelite.com/the-art-of-anti-aging?utm_source=ONTRAPORT-email-broadcast&utm_medium=ONTRAPORT-email-broadcast&utm_term=Static...

Re: BHRT talk with Bredesen, Hathaway and Julie G

I'm 55 and about 5 years post menopause. In the past I avoided HRT due to a history of breast cancer in my 30s (my oncologist at the time warned me against it). Following information from this board, and especially Dr Hathaway's talk, I brought up bioidentical hormones with my primary care physicia...
