Re: Our first guest: Dr. Thomas Dayspring...

Hi Sigi, It's true I haven't been active for a very long time. But I received an email today that you had posted on something I had written long ago. I changed from Paleo to a diet of primarily fish and vegetables. Regrettably, after one entire year of the fish diet I re-tested and none of my choles...

Brain Insulin Resistance Marker May Diagnose Alzheimer's

Did anyone see this last fall? I thought I was helping myself by bringing down my body's insulin resistance.
Anyone know a way to affect this marker?

Re: Dr. Steven Gundry with diet recommendations for ApoE4

Regarding my low LDL-P from Dr. Krauss's ion mobility test, I hope SusanJ may be right. I know Dr. Dayspring does not believe that weight loss can throw off LDL-P (I can't find the reference now but found it on the internet back in March.) I had an NMR test done May 19 with an LDL-P of about 2000 wh...

Gabapentin NOT added to Anticholinergic Drug List

It appears Gabapentin (neurontin) was evaluated for anticholiergic cognitive effects but was not added to the list (see the 2nd page): http://www.agingbraincare.org/uploads/products/ACB_scale_-_legal_size.pdf If anyone has an update on it I would love to see a link. I do agree with Kitano. I have be...

Re: Dr. Steven Gundry with diet recommendations for ApoE4

I just did an NMR LipoProfile through Walk-In Lab. I do not see any measurement for sdLDL. Where can I have that performed? My LDL-P measured over 2400, my highest yet. My Small LDL-P was over 800. Oddly enough, my LDL-P I did with Dr. Krauss's ion mobility test in early June was only 1169 and the s...

I cannot take it at this time. But for possible use in the future, are there any cautions besides the excess sweating?

What exactly is Niacinimide? How does it differ fro Slo-niacin, for instance? Is it completely different? I'd like to understand.

Julie - NOT a dork. You were very capable, articulate and engaging.

To GeorgeN's comments I would add:

6) Your generosity in helping other E4s learn to improve their own health!

Is cerebral hemorrhage the same thing? Now I wonder if my great grandfather might have been a 4/4, because he died of a cerebral hemorrhage at age 50.
