Does anyone have experience with other ways to increase oxygen saturation other than the great options listed above (CPAP & EWOT)? Thanks in advance :)

Thanks @FloraMaria and @Magda - great recommendations. I've thrived on cabbage on the last two trips (boating not hiking) so I'm keeping my fingers crossed the island isn't sold out when we get there!
