Re: Barramundi fish?
From what I've read about this company, it sounds like testing shows no detectable mercury; and it's produced in a sustainable manner. https://www.thebetterfish.com/faqs/ https://www.berkeleywellness.com/healthy-eating/food/article/barramundi-good-fish-choice Of course the first link will be biased ...

Re: Pathogenic tau/ cognitive impairment precipitated by high-salt diet
It looks like the nitric oxide is what to watch. In their new Nature study, the investigators found that decreased nitric oxide production in blood vessels affects the stability of tau proteins in neurons. Tau provides structure for the scaffolding of neurons. This scaffolding, also called the cytos...

Re: Cleaning of Lymphatic brain vessel - Nasya therapy
This article (study on rats from 2015) speculates that right side sleeping is best for clearance. ( in rats at least!) Took me forever to figure out what RLD stands for: right lateral decubitus. Sleeping on my side is a work in progress, I want to wrench my lower back and twist my neck while slumber...

Re: I guess I'll be taking a statin
I actually had a positive impression about Zetia when compared to a statin-- that for many of us it may be better to block absorption rather than impeding production. I'll have to do some more reading or listening about the potential negatives.
