Near Infra Red Review: Dr Hamblin

I just came across this very recent video by Dr Michael Hamblin. It's on traumatic brain injury but is a good review of the current state of NIR research.

My doctor recommends Xymogen Monopure, which supposedly has 3x higher absorption. I wonder if that is what Dr. Isaacson recommends too.

Well, is it the same container as on that video clip?

Re: Urination frequency and sleep disruption

To be honest, once any underlying conditions have been investigated and ruled out, any half decent needle poker should be able to dramatically ameliorate this condition. Make sure they're registered; https://www.nccaom.org/find-a-practitioner-directory/ I use the mouth taping, as mentioned by the ot...

See https://www.docsopinion.com/2014/07/17/triglyceride-hdl-ratio/ I notice in your last post that your LDL particle size seems to track your T...

Re: Spirulina Experiment

"She wants the LDL lower though..." Hmmmm....wonder what she'd have said about mine, before spirulina? :) Looking forward to your results. If no change, don't be discouraged as a lot of studies seemed to suggest 4,500mg per day as a dose, so you'll have lots of room to increase. Good luck!

Re: Spirulina Experiment

Hi Roxanne, Your cholesterol numbers don't look that bad at all to me, maybe others have an opinion? It will be interesting to see after a month, what your results are. I've increased my dose to 6,000mg, to see what happens. I guessed there might be a higher quality standard applying to organic prod...
