A year or two ago, a doctor tested many of the wearables using them in a sleep lab. The most accurate was Basis (now bust) and Microsoft Band 2 (now discontinued). The others iirc were in no way representative of what was happening in sleep. As far as I recall, the worst offender was a Fitbit. Here'...

My total cholesterol is 250 with LDL 175, so I might try the pomegranate and date diet for a while. Did you grind the date pits? It seems they are difficult to grind but add immeasurably to the benefits.

Marc,

I found Dr Mason's presentation very clear and easily understandable.

However, I find it hard to correlate the mindnumbing complexity of Dr Dayspring's 5 Attia podcasts and the simplicity of Dr Mason's 26 minute video. Sometimes complex things appear complex....because they are complex!
