Re: Questions about starting ketogenic diet

I also take ionized electrolyte blend (concentrace ) throughout the day, as well as nettles tea. Hi Daymoo, How much sodium and potassium are you getting each day from the concentrace? I used pink salt and potassium gluconate powder in water, and drank extra when I felt a headache starting (a sign ...

Re: Biomarker Information Spreadsheet

Hi Curtiser, I made a Cognoscopy spreadsheet last year that might help you; it's here: https://goo.gl/8t2dxi You can make a copy of the spreadsheet, then rename it...

Re: Recessive and dominant genes

I can't make the jump from the eye color story to the one about getting two copies of ApoE4 Would it help if you learned that human eye color is really dependent on 15 or more different genes, each contributing their influence, nudging the final color? Re: Supplement Headache??

Re: Another negative lipid profile trend

In Gundry's 2016 AHS talk, he mentioned, "..the hyper response of LDL-C concentrations associated with the E4 allele occurred only when the fat content in the diet varied". https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bfr9RPq0HFg starting at about 8:20 Perhaps your LDL level is rising because the fat c...

Re: Serotonin, Enhancing and SSRI Antidepressants

However I think we might run the risk here in having an either / or approach....The key perhaps is to be kind to ourselves and find what works for you. Great advice! About curcumin... I wonder if Longvida might work better since it has better absorption. Found this useful article and it has info ab...

Re: A Little Help w/the numbers and a Note of Caution

Does anyone have any rec's re Magnesium... I take "Jigsaw Magnesium SRT" without any problems; started with 250mg (2 tablets) and gradually increased to 500 mg (4 tablets). SRT is a slow release formula so it's better tolerated. There's also "ReMag". It was developed by Carolyn ...

Cognoscopy spreadsheet

Hello all, I made a Google spreadsheet using the recommended Cognoscopy test values in The End of Alzheimer's . This spreadsheet is not as elaborate as the Biomarker Spreadsheet I noticed in the forums-- mine is more like a simple snapshot of latest test results, with values flagged as "high&qu...
