Yes, I did watch that video. It was informative, but after watching a few more videos with Nathan Bryan, I started getting a little put off by his self-promotion and the promotion of his products. This is not to diminish his expertise by any means.

Thank you Plumster. My hormone doctor yesterday told me that low estrogen also causes low NO levels. I have recently started BHRT so I am hoping my ADMA will go down.
