Re: How much olive oil is too much?
Anne If you follow Julie's link, it brings you to the Berkeley store. You need Julie to give you Nates' phone number which is at a different store. Berkeley does not take the code, only Nate does. I just ordered 6 bottles of various items. Nate will also do flat rate boxes if you ask. To ship two bo...

Re: And now, back to the gut and AD
Totally agree Harrison. Frustrating, a lot of good studies that just dont take the extra step. Patient compliance is the issue a lot of the times or consistency with patient reporting, but man it would help to be able to see if we could replicate these studies based on genotype, phenotype and gut mi...

Re: Increasing cancer risk by taking b vitamins
Susan I will try and get an answer to the Vital Reds question. Also going to look into B vitamins more. Sandy's B12 off the chart crazy high with average supplementation. Re: Stavia's report on our meetup in San Diego 2017
Aloha I just hope it has more science than Others who have books and seminars about keto. Did you see how fast Attia disassociated himself with some in the field who make these claims? Professionals in the nutritional field (in debates) rip these people up. When you claim keto cures everything, you ...

Re: Interesting new studies on Cancer to Sugar in-take connection
Aloha Julie My answer is similar to Stavia's. Some tumors do better with lipids. Ok punchline first, then more later tonight or Sunday morning. What I have found in research, is unfortunately variations of Darryls' sister story. The tumor in its entirety will appear to shrink at the beginning of the...

My opinion, not advice would be not to lower it. Your biomarkers are not suggesting you need to.

Re: Interesting new studies on Cancer to Sugar in-take connection
On instagram I just posted this exact Information 2 days ago in response to media reports from English (UK) news sources. They are flat out wrong. No sugar diets "DO NOT CURE ALL CANCERS, PERIOD". Again for the 100th time, the human body is too complex, cancer is very complex, CVD is very ...
