exercise and heart rates
In a few weeks i'll be 70. recommendation are Max hr=150 safe range from 75hr to 128hr ( 50%-85% of max hr). My question is, I've got a stationary bike. I get to 75hr in a couple of minutes, but takes a good five- six minutes to get to 128. Should I add those 5-6 minutes onto the 35 minute workout?
