Re: Phosphatidyl choline/Lecithin

Thanks so much, Floramaria. The review was very helpful. I ordered the Now Sunflower lecithin one. I had been taking the soy derived one, which seemed to make a little clearer, but let it run out. People are so helpful on this site.

Phosphatidyl choline/Lecithin

Happy Friday!

I was wondering if anyone who is taking this supplement can recommend a brand?
Also, foe Apoe4/4s, is soy or sunflower better?
I’m searching for one that’s 333mg to supplement.
Any brand name greatly appreciated.

🙏

Re: Covid vaccine safety for 4/4’s?

Hi All:
I’m wondering how people feel about taking turmeric, Boswell is etc. during the period of getting 1st dose ov covid vaccine to the next. Could taking the supplements we so need interfere with the vaccine. I just got my 1st dose of Moderna and stopped taking them. Any thoughts??

Re: Curcumin with coconut oil additive

Hi-I don’t visit here as often as I should.
You might want to read up on MCT oil as it relates to heart disease in Apoe4s. It can vary from person to person, many other variables. I hope someone chimes in with more info for you. Don’t worry about hijacking thread; glad to chat.

Curcumin with coconut oil additive

Happy Friday Everyone, I recently purchased Curamed curcumin supplement 750mg. The ingredients include .5 Mg of medium chain triglycerides from coconut oil. I stay away from all MCT due to elevated lipids and 4/4. I’m wondering if any of the docs can weigh in whether they think that small amount wou...

Re: Introducing the Simply Made Well Cookbook

Thank you so much for the quick response, really appreciate it. I quickly googled it and checked Amazon ; it’s pretty expensive. I’ll wait to see if Julie responds with any updates on brand and/or dosage/frequency.

Re: An opportunity to work with a health coach

Hello everyone,
I have been out of the loop for a while.
Are the Health Coaches/Interns physicians?
I need someone to help me interpret labs once I have them done. I also feel like I’m not getting enough protein in. I’m pretty much all plant based. Appreciate any input.
Thanks so much to all.

Re: Donna's Intro

Hi All: So, I’m not really vegan. I have a white fish once a week. My diet consists of broccoli, kale, collards, green peppers and squash. I basically eat blueberries with macadamia nuts and flaxseed meal late morning, salad for lunch with raw cashews and olive oil and the same for dinner. I have 6-...
