My overall health is fine. I am 61 years old with two copies. I have been following a standard health diet with Carbs, Protein and Fats. Now I might try less carbs and more healthy fats.

Hello All,
I am a new member. I was researching the Recode protocol and saw a ketonic diet is recommended. I also saw other articles that said the ketonic diet does not necessary work for people with one or two APOE4 genes. Does anyone have additional info on this topic?
