Re: Karin Michels talk on nutrition "errors"

Hello Jdoe03, I see you've just joined ApoE4.info and I'd like to give you a hearty Welcome! We are glad you are here. In response to your question, it is not your connection. I just tried and it does the same for me. I did find another video which could be the same one, but I'm not certain. I found...

Re: HeartMath

cc - after Oura tells you what is off kilter, does it give you advice on how to correct it? (sort of like Alexa or Suri?? ) Slacker, It does say on the website that it provides guidance but I don't think it will be like Alexa or Siri, though I would get a kick out of that! Once I get the ring...

Re: HeartMath

For HRV, I use a polar strap + an app called Elite HRV. I didn't know about Sweetbeat but I'm going to check it out. Because gadgets are an obsession of mine (perhaps I need to dial this down!), I am also waiting on the Oura ring which is supposed to be a pretty good continuous HRV monitor as well a...

Re: What is the absolute risk?

Hello Indyjulie, and Welcome! As you've probably noticed, the members on this site are quite educated about all things ApoE4 so I will let others with more knowledge specific to risk respond to your question, and they will! There was a good discussion on risk that you can find here: Apolipoprotein E...

Susan, Yes! I went in like gangbusters starting with too high a dose and then cut to 1/4 to 1/2 scoop daily, building up to 2-3 scoops daily. That worked well.

Re: How to best recover from antibiotics

HI Susan, Argh, antibiotics! Thank goodness they exist, but it's never fun. I had to do this in early 2017 after a bad bout of C Diff that was caused by antibiotics and then, ironically, cured by a last-line antibiotic. My system was shot, to say the least. I also used VSL#3 for and Saccharomyces bo...

Re: ApoE4 in patients with Marfan Syndrome?

Welcome Cstormer! I'm very impressed with your perseverance! I was not quite so steadfast in the face of obstacles at your age. It's also very encouraging that you have found a specialist that is going the route of non-invasive correction and that he ran such comprehensive tests. It sounds like you ...
