Re: sibling has 1 APOE4. Need I get tested too?

Hi, Darmitsock, Welcome to the forum, it's so good to have you. The Primer is such an excellent resource, it's so full of great information and it does take some time to get through it all. In regards to the gluten-free products issue, I understand how changing your dietary choices is so tough to do...

Re: B6 B surprise

Hi, WhatNow,

There's a section on the Wiki page about methylation, with a small blurb about B6 if you'd like to read it.

Warmly,

Re: Children

Hi, Heather, I'm a homeschooling mom as well, my son has autism. He has recovered quite well in the past few years, but I know that even to this day he would not comprehend something this deep. It sounds to me as if you are handling it the best way possible, my friend. I love what Stavia said - this...

Re: My Story and Questions

Good afternoon, WanderingMuggle! First of all, I love the name. Second, of all, welcome to our forum! I am admiring at how pro-active you are, I think that one of the hardest challenges for many people is changing their dietary habits, but it sounds as if you have hit the ground running. Also, divin...

Re: What snacks are ok?

Ah, I know that my husband loves to eat a handful of nuts and berries per day, too. He used to eat them in a "safe" yogurt, but now he stays away from yogurt, too.

Re: Morning mineral cocktail?

My morning cocktail is to feed my thyroid - I have coconut milk (and we use Berkley-filtered water), avocado, greens, carrots, celery, cucumber, beef protein, and blueberries. Sometimes I'll throw in some matcha tea and/or mint leaves. I should throw in some ginger and turmeric roots. Yum!

Re: Diet: Keto vs. Paleo vs. Bredesen

Hi, Kevin, Although I can't advise on which dietary protocol would be best, as I think it has to be an individualized protocol, I can tell you that there are a couple of threads in the forum here that discuss those very questions that you have! Up in the top right corner, you should see a magnifying...

Re: Super Immunity in General?

Good afternoon, JNUGGZ, I echo everyone else's sentiments when I say "Welcome to the neighborhood!" Lucy5 has already directed you toward the amazing primer that is available, as well as the Wiki site; I think you'll find both of those excellent places to start. I, too, think that others w...
