Dr. Bredeson's book referenced a Canadian site to buy blood glucose test strips at a lower price than Abbott, which shows $89.99. I need a ketometer and strips. Any other food ideas that will help him keep weight on but is healthy. I think adding good healthy fats are a good idea. He may be restricting that as many do.
