Re: 3/4 here, new, mother dying of Alzheimers...

I'm a 3/4 and lost a father to AD and sympathize with being overwhelmed with the prospects that I'm going down that road as well. From my personal experience and my husband's (also 3/4), neurologists are a waste of time and money as they do not have solutions other than meds and don't treat us who a...

Re: Contents of the gut microbiome and dementia

I didn’t get why the demented group having no Enterotype II bacteria was considered insignificant. Wouldn’t it be safe to assume that certain reductions of bacteria are replaced by growth of other? And might it also be possible that the higher mix of some bacteria, beneficial or otherwise is not nec...

Re: My deep secret

I also felt justified by taking over 30 supplements daily after finding most of them in the ReCODE. I've had 5 surgeries in 15 months and get that 'look' every time I list them in my pre-op. But my labs validate my using them and I take very little prescription & pain meds. I'm now studying The ...

See link above. Too much calcium in the blood can cause arrhythmia. Shortage on potassium can cause cramps. Tr...

I added some blackberry infused balsamic vinegar to the aged balsamic vinegar and two droppers of liquid stevia. Amazingly good!

Re: Does anyone else use a rebounder?!

I wouldn’t recommend it for any women with connective tissue diseases, especially pelvic floor prolapse. It may seem like a good idea and feel good, but the ligaments in the pelvic floor will stretch. If the pelvis is tilted a little, the stress will shake your organs and they will literally slide o...

Re: Alzheimer App Developer - What technologies and types of technology do you use to manage your disease?

I made an a Excel spreadsheet to keep up with my labs and, like hill dweller, I also use Bredsen’s optimal ranges, then color highlight the lab results for a quick reference glance where these fall into optimal, moderate or high risk. Hill Dweller, I desperately need to make a spreadsheet for my sup...

I have them. I also read about people who had creases and heart disease but got healthy and the creases disappeared, so I hope mine go away soon!
