Re: Results after 16 Months Carnivore - Good, Bad, Ugly

Wow! This is definitley concerning to me. I’ve been running my own carnivore experiment, eating mostly fatty beef, liver, sardines, cod liver, bone broth/collagen, and occasional salmon. I’m not consuming any rendered fats - no butter, dairy, tallow, or lard. I’ve been following this diet for 5 mont...

Carnivore Diet and APOE4

Thought this podcast by Dr. Paul Saladino was worth sharing. I’ve been experimenting with a carnivore diet for the last 2 months. I’ll be running some bloodwork soon!

The Longevity Paradox

Hi everyone! For those who have read Dr. Gundry’s new book, I’d love to know your thoughts about his view on metabolic rate, body temperature, and thyroid as it relates to longevity. As someone who’s thyroid labs (T3 and T4) are suboptimal (not auto-immune), as well as dealing with many hypo symptom...

Re: Lab results have me feeling overwhelmed

Thank you for your input! I’ll definitley check out that practioner link. I ordered these tests as a package here: https://equilibriumnutrition.com/products/dr-cabrals-big-5-lab-tests?rfsn=1950418.2d56d The guy who runs the company has a podcast I’ve followed for quite a long time, called The Cabral...

Lab results have me feeling overwhelmed

Hi everyone! Although it was quite an expense for me, I ended up getting several functional medicine labs done, and just got my results back. These include the Organic Acids Test, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, Thyroid/Adrenal/Hormone Panel, Food Sensitivity, and Omega 3/6. I had a 1-hour call with a...

Oh wow! I did not know about the use of aluminum in the fluoride filter! Thank you so much for the insight. Probably best to remove this filter from my system

Re: Drinking Silica water prevents Alzheimer's in those with the APOE-E4 gene

I've got one more question if you don't mind! In the recipe you so graciously provided, is it ideal to use tap water? I'm from Detroit and our tap water is far from ideal, so I use a Berkey to filter my water. Could I use the water from this for the recipe?
