I've been taking high DHA omega-3's for a while, but my new ReCode MD suggested Krill oil instead, said something about not having to convert something, not sure.....anybody have info on this? Ha! The advertising says for better absorption and utilization, developed by MD's. I should add that my MD directions are 1 capsule, 5x/week. They run about $0.30 per capsule.
