Hello, I need some advise about what is most effective with very immediate short-term memory problem i.e. I get an idea while driving. Could you clarify? On your site, you reference a study that says a statin that crosses the BBB reduce HR ?? for AD.
I think it was simastatin. BUTon Wiki protocol on this web they say stay away from statins that cross BBB, inducing brain fog???

I hear you, LG1 and agree, Stavia. We know statins exert an anti-inflammatory effect. I suspect the dataset didn't include many, like us, taking extraordinary measures to reduce inflammation in other ways. This could be a plausible MOA. How to raise chol. mine is 126. I am 73. I heard chol. intake not matter. I take 20mg of Lipitor which cuts down on in inflammation
