That's an interesting study and theory on your part. For what it's worth, I have two elderly aunts with dementia; I just looked at recent pictures I took of them, and they have a surprising lack of forehead wrinkles. Same with their mother, who also had dementia. I'm not aware of any heart disease ...

I keep assuming that hormones are related even cortisol a stress hormone. Women and men deal with stress differently.
