Re: Sleep!

I've had a little trouble with sleeping in recent weeks. I've been taking B12 for years (probably a decade or more) - the meth-whatever-cobalamin version. No trouble. Last year, I tried other B vitamins - B6 - meth-active something - and suddenly had trouble sleeping. So I stopped that and all was o...

And thus, will have a better future life as a result. (This of course requires one to believe in reincarnation and accept that mayb...

Re: passing on APOE4 to kids

My Dad apologized to me for passing his 4 to me. He also helped me a lot with research and learning about Alzheimers in hopes that I can prevent it or ward it off.

(My Mom is 4/4. And Dad is 3/4 - we had the whole family tested including my sister. I'm 4/4 and my sister is 3/4.)

Re: Supplement side effects

I tried calcium supplements years ago. After taking them for a year or two, I started having arthritis like pain in my arms. I quit taking the calcium and the pain went completely away in about a week or so. I have never tried them again. I tried taking various B vitamin supplements. I've been takin...

Re: Anyone interested in a Qigong Meet-Up?

I'm interested. The mediation center that I go to had two Qigong sessions, but I had to miss both. I think I can handle video conferencing.

Thank you.

(PS: Had my first teeth cleaning since dumping the sugar - and that was the easiest, nicest teeth cleaning ever!)

General update - mostly about food

Stats: 4/4 and 48 yrs old, but no cognitive trouble other than unable to remember a word every now & then. 104 lbs, with BMI of 18.4 I have converted my diet from sugar to fat – it took about 3 months for my body to adjust. But now, to eat even a couple bites of a banana is too much sugar! I've ...
