Re: Anxiety

Thank you Julie. I've had a look at that. It's quite common isn't it to be TT so hopefully lots of people have been on this medication with the same genes so I'm hoping it can't be that bad! I've picked them up today, just got to pluck up the courage to take one now. Thank you again x

Re: Anxiety

Thank you all so much, you're so nice to support me, you've made me cry! I'll definitely look at square breathing and ashwaghanda. Thank you starfish for your story, it's reassuring that if I can get through this I can get through anything. Thank you all for being so kind. I might even get back to m...

Anxiety

Hi all, I haven't been on for a long time. Hope everyone is well, I'm so grateful for all the support I had when I first got my results. I've been having quite a rough time. My husband left out of the blue (to me) and I've been looking after my son, sorting out divorce etc. I felt like my world had ...

Re: Widely Read Harvard Health Unequivocal: Don't Test Apoe

For what it's worth, if a friend asked my opinion on whether they should get tested I'd definitely say no! I'd tell them just to have a healthy lifestyle, as we should anyway.
