Re: 40 hz gamma light and sound therapy

Here's what I use: https://gammalighttherapy.com/products/gamma-40-hz-light-therapy-kit I don't know if it merits the term protocol--the lights sit in front of my monitor, and whenever I'm at the computer, they're on. The website recommends limiting use to an hour a day. But when I did a quick googl...

Re: 40 hz gamma light and sound therapy

I've been using 40 hz light for maybe a couple of months and I've had some unusual (for me) experiences. Sitting in a concert hall a few weeks ago, I noticed that I could smell all the perfumes worn by people in the audience. I could identify them individually--this one is coming from the row ahead ...

Re: Bad Mouth- Bad Brain

Hi floramaria,

Well, that's encouraging! I myself am in the don't-breathe-peppermint-on-me camp. Thanks!

Re: Bad Mouth- Bad Brain

Thank you. That's a very informative presentation, with good graphics. It inspired me to start using Biocidin toothpaste and rinse (the other things will take longer to implement). I can feel a difference v. my regular toothpaste. I was enthusiastically telling my son about my new discovery when he ...

Re: Phospholipid IV Therapy

Coming from the USA it's very hard to find practitioners too! I was sick for 16 years before I got a diagnosis. I do have a mold specialist that I can absolutely recommend. She is Janette Hope in Santa Barbara, California, phone 1.805.698.2912. In addition to having the (rare) knowledge and competen...

Re: Hibiscus

This study was done on a mouse model of familial AD, not the sporadic AD that we're at risk for. Hibiscus might be helpful for us too, but you can't tell from the study. But hibiscus tea is still delicious, regardless of your genetics! https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/a-hibiscus-compound-ma...

[repeating to include quote] I'm also a 4/4 who was mold poisoned. I remember the word finding problems very well! Your detox protocol is similar to the one that helped my sister and me to recover. You're taking the right things, IMO. Unfortunately, there's no fast way to recover from mold. You supp...

Re: "Bulletproof" Coffee

My second day of drinking bulletproof coffee, I found the energy I've been missing for the past..oh, 20 years or so. It's been about a month, and I've continued to have normal energy levels on most days, after twenty years of disabling fatigue. My son points out that the tablespoon of MCT oil in the...

Re: sibling has 1 APOE4. Need I get tested too?

I'm afraid you're right about gluten free bread. I'm a baker, and my mother was a professional chef. We thought with our experience we could come up with a goodt GF bread. Well, we never did, and it wasn't for lack of trying. Wheat gluten has the unique ability to stretch around the gases produced b...
