Re: Recipe book recommendations for a young family

Hi everyone, I just found out I'm APOE 3/4 the other week. I'm 36 yrs old and have no first degree relatives with Alzheimer's (yet), and I've gone through 2 pregnancies in the past 4 years without gestational diabetes or high blood pressure (if anything low blood pressure). I want to work on some l...

Re: Hi! I'm new, and have ApoE questions

Thank you for replying to my question. I was finally able to figure it out after a lot more reading and it turns out that I am e3/e3 which is neutral but I have the rs669 (g,g) which is not so good. Thanks again, Hello ann9787, Welcome to the group. I'm glad that others here were able to give you s...

Re: Canadian (Toronto area preferred) ReCODE Practitioner needed

I've been doing some research and discovered that a Dr. Eugene Okorie is trained in the Bredesen protocol, and lives in Kelowna, BC. Apparently you need a referral from your family doctor. He's doing some on-line and in-person seminars in Kelowna, and his office confirms that he is doing the protoc...

Re: Canadian (Toronto area preferred) ReCODE Practitioner needed

Thank you for the advice. I did find the link IFM Find a Practitioner page, but looking at the websites of each of the practitioners, some had no mention of the Bredesen protocol at all, so I'm not sure why they were linked, unless they just didn't mention it which seems weird. ... The IFM training...

Re: Chris Masterjohn on saturated fat

Welcome to the community petersonwood. Lucy and Marc have shared good points. I'll just reinforce them by saying that while many areas of managing E4 status are well defined ( See the primer ) some details like saturated fat consumption remain unsettled. The disparity may be due to individual differ...

Re: Canadian (Toronto area preferred) ReCODE Practitioner needed

Does anyone have a list of practitioner in British Columbia? I've managed to google a couple, but I'm looking for one specifically in Prince George, but open to any others if I can't find that one. Thanks Welcome to the site! I used the Searching for a Healthcare Practitioner Wiki Page to look for ...

ever since your inquiry of a practitioner in Switzerland, have you found anyone who graduated the training for REcode programme in the country?
I'd be interested to learn who they are if you discovered them.
All the best,

Re: Welcome!!!

Hi, I made my registration today. I'm reading Dr. Dale E. Bredesen's book. I am portuguese and I apologize for my English. Thanks to Julie for creating this site. My maternal grandmother had Alzheimer's, I'm 45 years old and I already have some forgetfulness and difficulty speaking and I was alert....

Re: Is AHNP Health a trustworthy company?

Hello Alison, Welcome to the group. Like NF52 above, I am sorry that you are experiencing difficulty with AHNP. They are a relatively new organization (having taken over from Bredesen's original company MPI Cognition). It appears that they are experiencing some growing pains. I hope that you get wha...

Re: Hey y’all, my first time.

Well, I was told about y’all at 12:30am this morning. Guess it would be this morning. I’m 62, wife, mom to 3 boys and YaYa to 2 of the most beautiful grandkids ever. ...
