I personally aim for 16 hour fast and 8 hour eating window Bredesen suggests at least 16 hour for our E4 gene. I agree with Mike. Low carb is the common denominator in diet health
Hard core Keto here past year and eat all proteins and natural fats including dairy. Stopped analysing saturated fat intake etc after regular blood work so far has been excellent. In fact improved a great deal

I do 16-8 fast virtually every day and also full keto eating within the 8 hour window
I find this a great way to eat and maintain healthy ketosis
Best of both worlds rather than one or the other
