I personally aim for 16 hour fast and 8 hour eating window Bredesen suggests at least 16 hour for our E4 gene. So anything beyond that has to be even more beneficial I have adjusted much easier than I expected and it’s become the norm. I sometimes have a breakfast and it actually makes me feel slugg...

I agree with Mike. Low carb is the common denominator in diet health

Hard core Keto here past year and eat all proteins and natural fats including dairy. Stopped analysing saturated fat intake etc after regular blood work so far has been excellent. In fact improved a great deal

The conclusion is, it might happen or it might not. No one really knows if it’ll happen to you

The remedy is to make sensible life choices but above all enjoy the life you have now to the full. The chances are, it might probably never happen to you

I do 16-8 fast virtually every day and also full keto eating within the 8 hour window

I find this a great way to eat and maintain healthy ketosis

Best of both worlds rather than one or the other
