Thanks, my main point is... if the cottage cheese or companion nutrient makes the oil more available ( maybe because it helps emulsify it?), then would it help us with our fat oil problem?

I have it and I’m apoe 3/4 with CAD , CHF. 60 years old. My Dad had it and Alzheimer’s and CAD,my Mom had it and CHF, I see it all the time in people with heart trouble.
