Re: I've had a reversal of cognitive decline...and want to share what I've learned...
Hello Sharon, Thanks for your supportive post. I am doing really great!! I feel completely back to where I was before all the symptoms started in my 40's. I've even regained some skills I had lost, like speaking foreign languages and sight reading music/playing piano. And as time passes, I feel more...

Re: Julie - and Dr Bredesen - on Dr Oz show tomorrow
Hello, I am Deborah (aka colorful) who appeared with Julie and Dr. Bredesen on the Dr. Oz show. While I frequent this amazing site regularly, I must admit that I have hardly written. I am still finding my way, I guess. But I wanted to tell all of you that your kind, supportive and thoughtful respons...

Re: CHAT (acetylcholine transferase) gene and AD risk

The Pill vs. Bioidentical Hormones
Hello! I had some questions re HRT and couldn't find the answers in an earlier forum. I am E2/E4 and began following the Bredesen protocol one year ago. I am now in perimenopause, though, and am having many physical symptoms related to that (difficulty sleeping, night sweats, erratic and sometimes h...

Re: Interview with Dr. Isaacson on Alzheimer's Prevention
Hi...just thought I'd jump in, Julie. I've also use the cocoa powder Dr. Isaacson recommends, although I had a hard time making it a regular part of my diet.

Re: I've had a reversal of cognitive decline...and want to share what I've learned...
Thank you for the supportive responses...couldn't be nicer to get this feedback! Circular, in answer to your question, I followed Dr. Bredesen's protocol "to the best of my ability" just by reading his "Reversing Alzheimer's" paper. After my reversal, I reached out to Dr. Bredese...

Hi. Thank you for the information about the allopregnenalone and hormone advice! :!: I just wanted to share the following advice I received from Dr. Bredesen re hormone duration.
