Re: Eosinophilic Esophagitis and Allergies

Hi Carolyn, I had been having gastro problems for over two years spent a whole lot of money on a whole lot of tests and learned nothing. THen I started taking different probiotics. Thought they were working and then back to square one after a day or two. I am vegan so already not eating some of the ...

Re: Urination frequency and sleep disruption

Just a couple thoughts: tincup: Re taping of mouth at night. I have also done this for years I did not know it was a "thing" that others did. I have low saliva due to radiation therapy after cancer and if I breath through my mouth at night my mouth will completely dry out. I have just used...

Re: Einkorn Sprouted Wheat

Hello, I did not see this when it was originally posted -- I know nothing about Einkorn. However, the mention of almonds in the original post is something I have some experience with. I am vegan and gluten sensitive I love almonds and also found lots of recipes with almond flour in them for crackers...

Theresa and Tincup, Thank you so much for sharing your experiences. I just go my bfr bands and I have been educating myself with some of the Mercola videos. Very excited to try this. I had been going to the Y 3 times a week and lifting weights and since Covid I have lost most of what I gained by tha...

Re: Dr. Bredesen interviews Julie G

Very interested in Julie's experience with Kaatsu, that she mentions in the interview. I have ordered bands that cost about 40 dollars - not sure about the investment in the Kaatsu device. Does anyone else have any experience with Kaatsu or BFR?

Re: Anyone lowered LDL drastically WITHOUT statins ?

Hi Werner, I have been vegan for years and yet my cholesterol numbers were borderline. I decided to try an cut out coconut oil because it is a saturated fat and I was using it a lot. In one month my LDL dropped 50 points. I think the HDL (the supposed good one) dropped also but not as dramatic. I do...

Re: My experience may help others eat the right foods

Wow. Your work is very impressive. Is it possible for you to share your x/y graph? I like the idea of dehydrating essentials. Sometimes I have more than I can eat before they go bad. For me though I think I would just add some to a smoothie. I don't think I would have the patience. Maureen
