Good to know - thanks Tincup! Is it important to put it under the tongue, or okay to just swallow it down?

Re: Dutch Woman With Dementia Euthanized Against Her Will. The Doctor Was Just Cleared Of Wrongdoing.

Last week we moved my mom into a memory care facility. Her Alzheimer's is moving along at a pretty fast clip, just like with her mother (my grandmother). My grandma's passing was truly horrifying to witness. I see my mother going through the same stages at the same rate. I understand that for some, ...

Re: Plasmalogens- exciting new evidence

I got my first shipment of ProdromeNeuro Plasmalogen oil today! Woot! The suggested dosage says 1 ml per day, mixed into a beverage. I'm curious how others are taking this? Treehugger? Anyone else? Does it have a taste or aftertaste? Is it better mixed with certain beverages? Excited to get started ...

Re: Seattle Meet-Up

Hi Berri,
Sorry to have missed the last meet up! My mother is heading fast toward the end stages of Alzheimer's and I'm doing what I can to help my dad with caretaking, but currently my March weekends are mostly open -- all except for the 14th and the 29th. Any other day though, is fine. Thanks!!

Re: Plasmalogens- exciting new evidence

Any news on the Indiegogo campaign? I got my T-shirt a couple of weeks ago. Just checked the Indiegogo page and I see the campaign is now closed. I seem to recall a mention of shipments beginning in February of this year for the oil, though I understand delays are quite common. Didn't see any recent...

Any self-pay lab companies that submit to LabCorp portal?

I figure if anyone knows the answer to this question, someone here will! I've become frustrated with certain self-pay lab companies that will have me go to LabCorp to have my blood drawn but will only allow me to view results through their site alone. They will send me the results of my blood work, ...

Re: Experiences with Low Dose Naltrexone

Just an update -- I started taking LDN about a week and a half ago and am currently titrating my dosage up slowly. Right now I'm at 1mg/night. I'm happy to report I have not had any bad side effects (no insomnia or vivid dreams, etc). On the up side, I'm definitely feeling a lot more energy during t...

Re: Sleep Tracker

I feel I should chime in to add my own experiences with the Oura ring. I bought one early in 2019 and used it for many months. At first I thought it was great, but after awhile I started to notice that on nights when I knew I'd tossed and turned and slept poorly all night, the Oura would report the ...

Re: Is anyone taking Metformin for longevity (or considering it)?

I started taking Metformin almost two months ago now though I have not yet done some follow-up blood labs to see how it's affecting my numbers (plan to do this in January). I'm 55 years old and am solidly in the insulin-resistant camp. For someone like me, my take-away from Attia and Rhonda Patrick ...

Plasmalogen blood levels are measured as part of the ProdromeScan blood test https://www.prodromesciences.com/blood-tests. From there, you can get more info.

Good to know! Thanks for the link and info. I'd missed that page on the Prodrome Sciences website before.
