Re: Fasting and insulin resistance

That’s incredibly frustrating. I would go through Ulta Labs and retest. I just screwed up my FI too. I put collagen in my coffee and need to retest.

Re: Lecanemab vs Percepta/Cat's Claw

I took this for over a year and did not notice any benefits nor did it impact my lab work (to be fair though I would need to check and see what I dropped to add this). I don’t know if Tanzi discusses this in interviews any longer.

Very interesting. Oligomannate was also derived from seaweed (drug approved in China for AD). @julie, I too, am very skeptical of various reductions. Unless there is an improvement in cognition ( and I don't count Lecanemab's 26% delay in symptoms as a win), the reductions in various proteins are of...

Re: Still so worried about sleep

This is really tough. The anxiety is worse than the sleep. I used to wake up a lot during the night due to work issues and personal issues, sometimes leading to getting out of bed at 3 am, with this horrible feeling that I would forget to do things. Since I moved to part-time employment, this rarely...

At $9 a month, worth trying. I’d greatly prefer listening to delta waves than playing games though.

Re: AHEAD 3-45 STUDY CLINICAL TRIAL (LECANEMAB - BAN 2401)

After having my blood drawn in may, I received my results on September 1. I didn’t qualify. Yes, we had champagne.

Like you, I feel better trying to help research. I’m fine exchanging phone numbers or email to stay in touch and notify each other of potential trials.

Percepta and Deep Sleep

Hi, I monitor my sleep and have found a marked decrease in deep sleep from a year ago. While I've been wracking my brain, I stopped taking Percepta at some point at the end of the year. Does anyone have experience with Percepta? Thoughts?

Re: Still trying to make sense if it is worth APOE4 to get a vaccine for Shingles and VZV?

I'm getting mine on Friday. I don't want to be part of the 13% of the population that has long-term pain (assuming I get shingles), and the ALZ research makes it all the more compelling.

Lora, which supplements did your doctor recommend?

The Brain, what sort of results did you see with MitoQ?

Thanks all! Chandra

Re: How Customized are PRECODE Diet & LIfestyle Reccomendations?

So, I think the fact that you are in active brain fog is a really big deal. I don’t think you need to pay for recode ( the retesting can get hefty even through discount labs). I would compile the ideal scores ( already done on this site) and figure out how to improve them and reduce your brain fog. ...
