Re: Choline for Apoe4

We have organic sunflower lecithin powder everyday on our small bowl of berries. I have managed to reduce my homocysteine level from 9.3 µmol/L to 7.1 µmol/L since doing this for most of this year. We also have eggs virtually every day!

Re: living under a dark shadow.

Ever since I discovered my apoe3/4 status, I feel as if therès a shadow hanging over me and I cañt get the fear of alzheimers out of my mind. think about it every day and I regret taking that genetic test and opening Pandoràs box. I'm also ApoE3/4. I had had a sneaking suspicion I might have this g...

Ah that's great - another person from the UK. I'm in the Cotswolds, near Stroud! I look forward to meeting you.

Re: Virtual Book Club: The End of Alzheimer's Program

Thank you to everyone and apologies again for arriving late!! I've just ordered 'Breath' by James Nestor and 'Fast This Way' by Dave Asprey on the back to it. I very much look forward to the next one.

Re: Virtual Book Club: The End of Alzheimer's Program

We're slowly transforming from a book club into an ApoE4 support group- which has been inspirational for me. I'm grateful for each of you and continue to learn from the group. You've motivated me to re-think krill oil, chlorella... and maybe coffee. ;) Look forward to our next meet-up! I echo Julie...

Re: Rough dsy, just got test results I have 1 copy

Your experience with methylcobalamin is similar to mine (I had been taking the "store" version and was alerted to my low levels as part of a clinical trial for healthy people with ApoE4.) Your insights into the benefits of a second read-through of Dr. Bredesen's are exactly the same as &q...

Re: Virtual Book Club: The End of Alzheimer's Program

I would like to say I felt so inspired and moved by being part of the Virtual Book Club yesterday. And thank everyone for their contributions and care. I was particularly struck by the feeling of 'family' and the concern and care that people showed for one another. I would love to have the summaries...

Re: Rough dsy, just got test results I have 1 copy

Hi Wendi and All I've not posted before here but find this website invaluable and have been dipping in and out of the wealth of information for some while now. I found out I was ApoE3/4 in the autumn of 2018 (I'm in the UK) and initially felt my life had been ruined by the knowledge (that lasted abo...
