Re: Qigong Meet-Up February 28. 1 PM Mountain Time

I’m interested in joining as well. I noticed that the subject line says Feb. 28, but the meeting info in the body of the message says Feb. 27. Will you confirm the date that this will occur? Thanks! Qigong is an internal energy practice combining gentle movement and breath that is a foundation of Tr...

Re: Intermittent Fasting

My concerns have to do with the effect of fasting on sleep, which is an ongoing struggle for me, and the general stress of being hungry, since both inadequate sleep and stress can so negatively impact brain health. Do any of you who have tried fasting or who regularly fast struggle with these, and ...

Re: Intermittent Fasting

I've been trying to maintain a 17/7 IF which sometimes slips back to a 16/8. My health coach thinks 14/10 is the IF "sweet spot". Everything I've read suggests the longer the fast the better so long as it's coordinated with your circadian rhythm and ends three hours before you go to bed. ...

Re: Are there Bredesen / ReCode skeptics?

I'm so glad someone else asked this question! I am always skeptical of programs that are based on research done on very small sample sizes. When I first started reading Bredesen's stuff a couple years ago, he had only published a couple papers on the same 10-20 participants. I thought that he jumped...

Re: August Meet-up Dinners

Hi All. I am relatively new to the forums. (I have been lurking for a short while in an attempt to catch up on all of the information posted in the forums.) I will be attending the Ancestral Health Symposium in Boulder and am interested in joining the group meet-ups/dinners that you're organizing.
