Re: JOTROL a bioavailable form of resveratrol
Longevinex is a brand that numerous people have recommended in this forum. I don’t think the brand is without controversy though so I think you should research it some before deciding. I haven’t heard any news about it in some time.

N2O "laughing gas" for dental procedures
I cannot locate any good (unbiased) information on the safety profile of laughing gas for a dental procedure. Does anyone in this forum know if it is OK for an APOe4 to use for replacement of crowns? My new biological dentist uses it. I really hate dental pain and would love to make the event less t...

Re: How to supplement PL-DHA
@mcpemberton2000 - I listened to the same Member Q&A with Rhonda Patrick. Her earlier research on phospholipids was what had me concerned about fish oil in triglyceride form. So I had been using krill oil and not having any improvement with lipid markers. After that Q&A where she stated that...

Re: Breakthrough on Deep Sleep Issue
Fascinating information regarding restless legs. I find myself dealing with that on days of heavy exercise. I had a varicose vein repaired about 10 years ago and now wonder if there isn’t more of an underlying issue. Compression gear seems an easy idea to try! Thank you very much for sharing this.

Re: How to supplement PL-DHA
I have really struggled with this topic myself. I kept hearing about how krill oil was the best source of PL DHA but no matter how you slice it you have to take a LOT of it to even begin to approach the recommended levels. Dr Mercola says it is much more bioavailable so you don’t need as much of it,...

Re: Veggie burgers?
We absolutely love Amy's Sonoma burgers. The oils used are maybe not ideal, but at least they are the last ingredient. We saute them 6 minutes per side right from the freezer (with a little avocado oil), top with an avocado and serve on top of salad greens. Delicious but not for every day consumptio...

Re: Einkorn Sprouted Wheat
Well you folks are WAY more talented than I am. I think everything you are baking sounds awesome. I am not much of a baker, but occasionally eat the Food for Life frozen sprouted breads sold in the freezer section. They have lots of products. I think 2 kinds of sliced breads that are not gluten free...

Re: Hydrogen Inhalation
If you go to Dr Mercola’s website you will see that he had a very in-depth article on hydrogen therapy this week. He recommends the hydrogen water tablets as the best mode. I have been using them for a few months and not sure if I notice anything or not!

Re: Is anyone taking Metformin for longevity (or considering it)?
Rhonda Patrick also believes that Metformin is not a good idea in healthy, active adults due to its blunting of the benefits of exercise.

Re: Fish oil supplements bad E/4
I can’t use phosphytidyl choline because it gives me wicked insomnia. But I do use krill oil and not fish oil. After reading input from Rhonda Patrick and Joe Mercola, it seemed the most effective for e4’s. I do recall that Rhonda Patrick uses BOTH krill oil and fish oil (in triglyceride form) to he...
