Am I wrong in thinking that if we are fasting...we aren’t really eating breakfast? I was going to ask the breakfast question and then stopped myself for that very reason...I am new to fasting.

I would think shellfish is fine and good as long as you can personally have it. I am paleo pescatarian right now which is difficult because I actually am sensitive to shellfish so I’m basically eating salmon, cod, trout and tuna.

Sounds like you are apoe2/4? So heterozygous for apoe4, carrying two different alleles (or versions) of the gene. That is a relatively unusual genotype. But there are some around here! Welcome.
