In restaurants, I favor simple dishes unlikely to be drenched in seed oils - grilled meat, steamed vegetables, baked potato with butter. Doh! May not be what you are looking for, but I fast. For example, today is a travel day and I ate last night and will eat again tomorrow night. I routinely fast up to 7 days and will do so for parties and when I accompany others to restaurants. I found reaching 16/8 or more every day to be fairly simpl...

For example, I just read in "The Autoimmune Solution Cookbook" that gluten antibodies can hang around for as long as three months. That's a little too long to make a gluten-based cheat worth the inflammation, in my book. :/
