Re: Respiratory Trainers for Blood Pressure Reduction

Yes, please do report back and let us know. Results are in! I had no idea that a blood pressure monitor on Amazon was so inexpensive, ...

Re: Respiratory Trainers for Blood Pressure Reduction
Why did you buy it, if not for blood pressure reduction? I'm curious! Oh, I did buy it / start using it for the blood pressure reduction highlighted in that publication. It's just that I don't have any type of home blood pressure measuring device. The powerbreathe was only about $60. Over the past ...

Re: Respiratory Trainers for Blood Pressure Reduction
No, I haven't tried it but I think I will. I know Tincup says the reduction may be small, but it's new gadget to play with, for God's sake ;) I have a powerbreathe trainer (https://www.powerbreathe.com/) they are pretty cheap. I have been using the protocol described in the paper for about 3 months...

APOE4 and Gingipain Theory, new article
For those interested, this article does a nice job of explaining the interaction between gingipains (secreted by bacterium P. gingivalis) and the APOE4 protein. (summary: gingipains love to chomp on E4 proteins but will not eat E2 proteins) Ongoing ph3 clinical trial is testing the drug that inhibit...

Thank you for your reply Family Tree Guy. ... I notice that my dreams have become more vivid since starting with the light... Excellent! I interpret the more vivid dreams as being associated with a good night's sleep! I do sympathize that there are only so many things we can incorporate into our ro...
