Trying to do everything I can to stay healthy and avoid the same fate as my parents. My dad died last year at 67 from Lewy Body Dementia and my mom has early Alzheimer's at age 68 (she's a 4/4). Respectfully, there is not much science in this study. First, it is based upon notoriously unreliable FFQ, here done on only an annual basis.
